In the course of corporate repentance, I now speak out to all of the abused women wives and children, by men. I ask all of you that have been hurt in whatever capacity by a man that you read this and forgive us for our sins before you and our children. I pray for the healing of the women and children hurt by men and fathers, brothers, uncles and all men role models in whatever capacity you knew them.
I confess of the sins of the nation of men, so filled with the pride of life, lust of the flesh and lust of the eyes that all we did was think only of ourselves and then sacrifice all the good things given to us which was our wife and children, for our own selfish wants. I speak against generational curses come down from the fathers. I speak against the selfish and self centered man and thinking of the natural mind which won’t submit to God. I speak against all abuse of women and children in whatever form it is in. I speak against the lie of the enemy that seeks to measure sin and excuse sin because it isn't against the law.
I pray for the reconciliation and restoration of families split apart because of the sins of their father. I Pray for all of you out there hurt by men because we didn't follow Gods heart and plan which was to love you as we loved ourselves, to esteem you as the weaker vessel and to establish you as wife, help meet, soul mate, confidante and friend.
Please
forgive us as you read the devotional for today written from experience,
stories told to me from men whom have hurt, abused and battered in thought ,
word or deed......Darrel

Blind in one eye and can’t see out of the other
There will always be an accuser, an agitator, a lynch mob. There will always be those who will attempt to bring up the past and use it against you. There will always be those whose present is worse than your past.
There are always those who perceive their sins to be less than others. There are those who think the sins of the past are still as potent and strong as those of the present. There will always be those who stand in shameful sin and acts of the past and present who seek to destroy someone who has changed their lives and moved on.
One
of the greatest accusers next to the enemy is our own
consciousness. He works through us to bring condemnation, discouragement, and
accusations to barrage us so we will stop and fall short of our calling and
forgiveness in God.
20
For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all
things. 21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward
God. 1 John 3:20-21 NKJV
When
these no longer work the enemy then works through people usually ones close to
us in some sense.
John
8:3-11
The
teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery.
They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this
woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone
such women. Now what do you say?" They
were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.
But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. When
they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "If any
one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."
Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. At this, those who heard began to
go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the
woman still standing there. Jesus
straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned
you?" "No one, sir," she said.
"Then
neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life
of sin." NIV
The men who brought the woman caught in adultery sought to be conscious and judgmental of only her sins and demanded blood for it. The truth was they were guilty of sins, so deserving of punishment but yet through their cold heart and blind eye, they could see nothing more than her and having a willingness to alleviate their condemnation they sought her death.
They
had forgotten due to the hardness of heart and singed mind, of the times they
had driven drunk with their kids in the car, the times the police have been
called to their house, the fear in the eyes of their wife and the threats made
to kill and destroy all they were given to take care of and to love. They had
forgotten the black eyes and bruises given to loved ones who tried to stop them
from drug and alcohol addictions.
They
had forgotten the wife thrown to the floor by her hair and kicked while holding
the baby in her arms. Screaming at them to stop at least for the sake of the
baby. They had forgotten their demonic actions and vengeance of the times lying,
stealing and cheating in child support payments. They had forgotten of the times
in the bar not going home.
The times forgotten of milk and diapers not bought. The times of bills not paid. The times of no gas, no food, heat, and light. The times of continual lies and deceit of extra- marital affairs, the times of disloyalty to family and home. The times spent drunk and stoned in front of the children. The times for calling wives names and derogatory words. All the times they forgot.......................
They had forgotten all of their past and present sins so they can kill and crucify you. Jesus suffered the same fate and if we are to know him we must have a part in his fellowship of sufferings. We must learn how to see beyond the person and vicious yelling and attacks to see the work of the real enemy against us. We know we don't war against flesh and blood but still our initial response is to retaliate, lash out and revenge ourselves.
In former years and past times, this is what we knew. Now having been called out of the darkness into His marvelous light, we are called to a higher standard. As Jesus lowered himself to the ground that day, we also must lower ourselves and write on the ground. What Jesus wrote that day we don't know. Some say he was writing the sins of the men, some say he was writing scripture or the law. Whatever it was made the men go away, whether they left in groups or one by one we don't know we just know they left. Here in our attacks against us whether done in ignorance or all out demonic viciousness, we are called to bow down and write.
We are called to write love;
We are called to write blessings
We are called to write forgiveness
We are called to write humbleness
We are called to write meekness
We are called to write God loves you
We are called to write For God so loved the world that he gave his life for you
We are called to not stand and trade places with the accuser and attacker
We are called to say,
I let go
I let go of anger
I let go of revenge
I let go of bitterness
I let go of cursing and threatening
I let go because God let go for me and
I for myself and this person
I have to let go
And NOW!
I Let Go!
All Blessings and love to all of you!
