A
Hell on Earth?
Are we going to continue to set by passively and allow the Devil to continue to
“steal, kill and destroy” the dreams and visions that God has placed within
our spirit for a better life? Jesus said, “I came that YOU might have LIFE and
have it more abundantly!” Are we going to continue to pray and wait for God to
kill all the giants in the land before we even try to take possession of it?
The
good life that Jesus promised will not come to us without a fight. God gave the
Children of Israel the promised land, but they had to forcefully fight for every
inch of it before they were able to take possession of it. Do we think that the
Devil is going to let up take possession of the abundant life Jesus has promised
us, without our having to fight for every inch of it?
The
Devil hates us with a passion and he will do everything in his power to see to
it that we a live miserable “hand to mouth” existence. We have got to get to
the place where we are sick and tired of living this way and say, “I am
willing to fight to the death to change my life from where I am mentally,
physically, spiritually and emotionally and financially! And then make battle
plans to do just that!
The Word says:
Matthew
11:12:
“…the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, AND THE VIOLENT TAKE IT BY
FORCE.
Jesus came to earth, died for our sins, to save us, to heal our bodies and to
give us back the dominion that was lost in the Garden of Eden. Before Jesus went
back to heaven, he said, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and
earth…”
We have been given that self same authority as sons and daughters of God!
Authority is good, but without power to back it up, it is useless. Along with
that self same authority, we have been given the power of the Holy Ghost to back
it up!
Acts
1:8:
“And YOU will receive POWER after the Holy Ghost has come upon you…”
Every born-again (Romans 10:9-10) and Holy Ghost filled (Acts 2:38-39) child of
God has been given that self same authority from God and the power of the Holy
Ghost to forcefully back it up in the spirit realm. Yet, because believers have
been too lazy to read their Bibles through from cover to cover, they don’t
have a clue who they are in Christ Jesus and what their rights and priviledges
are! And the Devil just loves it! That is why he is able to keep us living in
the dark damp, sub-basement of the abundant life that Christ has promised us.
The Word says, “My
people perish (die spiritually and physically) because of a lack of knowledge
(or vision).
There
is an old saying, “KNOWLEDGE is POWER!” Without searching the Scriptures for
ones’ self to find out who and what we are in Christ Jesus, we will remain
living outside of the promised land! We will remain living a miserable
sub-standard life by our own choice!
Matthew
18:18:
I (Jesus) assure you: Whatever YOU BIND on earth IS ALREADY BOUND IN HEAVEN, and
whatever YOU LOOSE on earth IS ALREADY LOOSED IN HEAVEN.
Father God made AMPLE PROVISION for everything that pertains to our life in
Christ Jesus! That doesn’t mean just providing for our salvation and healing,
but everything that pertains to our life here on earth. While Jesus was here on
earth, He needed food, clothing and shelter and His Father provided for Him out
of His endless heavenly supply. Jesus told us in His Word, “Whatever YOU ask
the Father in My name, I will do it for you!”
When we discipline ourselves to read the Word of God from cover to cover, we
find that we have been given AUTHORITY and POWER not to just adapt to our
situations in life, but to “overcome them by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and the
word(s) of our TESTIMONY…”
That
means to OVERCOME, OVERRUN, OVERPOWER, DEFEAT and to be able to LIVE THE
ABUNDANT LIFE here and now. We no longer need to live “hand to mouth” in
front of the unsaved world. The Word says, “He prepares a table (a banquet)
before me in the presence of my enemies…” Why would we want to remain
“eating only the crumbs” of life when we have been called to dine with the
King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, Now.
Whatever physical, spiritual, emotional or financial situation you find yourself
BOUND by Satan in today, God has already reversed it for you in heaven, by
LOOSING you from it 2000 years ago at the cross. But to see the LOOSING in
heaven become a reality on earth, we need to do what God requires of us in His
Word FIRST, and then we will see ourselves become LOOSED from them in the
physical and natural realm.
The Word says:
Seek
FIRST the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and ALL THESE THINGS will be
given to you. Matthew 6:33
The key to receiving our answers from the Lord for all our particular situations
is to become a “doer of the Word and not just a hearer only.” Doers of the
Word fulfill the requirements of God, which allow God to then fulfill all His
promises to help us in every situation.
Whatever
your problem or situation is, STOP and CHECK to see if you are fulfilling the
requirements of God for Him to help to become LOOSED from the grip of Satan. If
not, quickly repent, renounce and break these ties, holds or chains and ask the
Holy Spirit to help you immediately begin to do whatever He requires for you to
be LOOSED on earth, as you have already been loosed in heaven.
When
you do this, you will see God step in and change the outcome of your situation
from HELL ON EARTH to the ABUNDANT LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS.
